ARSENAL midfielder Francis Coquelin will be out for just two weeks – with scans revealing his knee injury is not as bad as first feared.

The French ace had to be replaced in the first-half of Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Chelsea on Saturday.Francis Coquelin’s injury is not as bad as first feared. Francis Coquelin has been great form for the Gunners keeping new signing Granit Xhaka out of the team.

It was thought he could be out for the long-term after a recurrence of a knee problem he suffered last season.

But scans taken over the weekend have shown the 25-year-old will be missing for around 15 days, according to L’Equipe.
