Parliamentary staff run out of their offices this afternoon on knowing that Bobiwine had arrived at parliament to swear in as Kyadondo East member of parliament.
Bobiwine arrived at parliament at around 2:00 pm together with his wife Barbra Kyagulanyi in a Toyota Land cruiser flanked by his supporters.Members of staff at parliament stood at the stairs waving Ugandan flags and taking photos of the couple as they matched towards parliament. Bobiwine then went into the house swore in and was handed the constitution plus a work book from the the Speaker of parliament Hon.Rebecca Kadaga. Bobiwine was then told to move to the side where independents parliamentarians seat,everyone took a moment and cheered the Ghetto president when he “bounced” to his seat as he moved to his seat.
Bobiwine will hold a party this evening in Kyadondo thanking his supporters for sending him to parliament.
