Micho and the minister of State for sports Bakabulindi are also expected to Meet.Reports Suggest that Micho has been asked to delay his flight to Libya by 24hrs in order to avail him his payments.
Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic “Micho” has finally let the cat out of the bag about his fate as the team coach.
Reports came out earlier this week indicating Micho was set for a move away from the cranes job but he refuted the news indicating it was false and incorrect.
However, the Serbian tactician intimated to this website that he is quitting the job because of unpaid salary for over six months.
“I was here and worked for SC Villa, left demanding salary for over 10 months. Same thing is happening now, I have dedicated my life and sacrificed my family and time but in the end I’m not appreciated. I’m tired, let me go to a place where my energy and commitment will be rewarded,” Micho furiously said.
Micho reportedly earns $10,000 per month as salary.
After the game against South Sudan on Saturday where Uganda won 5-1, Micho had indicated he will announce his next destination in the next 48 hours.
Reliable resources indicate he has two offers at hand, with one coming from a Libyan club while the other is Orlando Pirates (South Africa) a club he coached in 2006.
It is reported Micho has already sent his kids to Ethiopia where his wife stays.
Micho joined the Cranes in 2013 and helped Uganda return to the African Cup of Nations this year after 38years of waiting.
